What is Easy to Pay? It's our free online bill service. With this service you can view your most recent electric bill and pay your bill online.
Once registered, you can view your bill and pay it through Easy 2 Pay or however else you choose.
If you don't want to pay online, you can continue to pay through the mail or use our automatic bank withdrawal plan.
To view your bill, you will need your Humboldt County REC account number. If you are a new user, you will also need your meter number, this is found on your electric bill.
To pay your bill you will need:
· Your bank routing number and
· Your checking or savings account number
Electronic funds transfers are a safe, fast and convenient alternative to writing and mailing a check. Electronic bill payments are secure and private. All funds transferred electronically using Easy 2 Pay will be posted within two or three business days.
For past due accounts, it is recommended that you call our office and let us know that you have initiated your payment electronically.
IVR – Interactive Voice Response
Members can call toll-free 1-866-466-1370 and the 24-hour voice activated phone system will walk you through the steps to initiate your payment. You will need your Humboldt County REC account number, your bank routing number and a checking or savings account number. If you are a new user, you will also need your meter number, this is found on your electric bill.
